I ordered two of these shirts to wear for wedding. I didn't take the advice in the sizing guide and size up when I was between a medium and a large. I needed to exchange for a large but I was concerned that it wouldn't get to me in time before I had to fly out the next week. Customer service was great with giving different options and they ended up rushing it out to me and it made it in time for my flight to AZ. The shirt looks great and the quality is very good. Don't ignore the sizing guide! Thanks to the multiple folks in customer service who saved the day!!!
