Product Guarantee
Product Replacement
It is our mission to bring you the highest-quality apparel made from materials that are engineered to be versatile, comfortable, and withstand the test of time.
As part of our product guarantee, Snaps’ offers a one (1) year guarantee on all snaps fasteners. If your item is faulty due to a manufacturing issue with the snap, we will happily replace it for you.
Guarantees include, but are not limited to: fastener issues (including falling off, cracking, or broken snaps), tears at seams, holes in the fabric, and/or discoloration.
Ineligible problems include, but are not limited to: shrinking, bleaching, pulls or pilling, heat damage, washed, worn, or altered items, or the normal wear and tear that occurs after one (1) year.

Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! You will need to notify our team prior to package being fulfilled at our warehouse. We ship out every day at noon.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Where is my Order Confirmation Number?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
What is the status or tracking number of my order?
Orders typically take one (1) day to process. For your convenience, upon purchase we send an email to the email address you have provided with a confirmation number and subsequent email with tracking number.

What if I need to change my order?
We'll be happy to help. Please email support@snapsclothing.com as soon as possible or select the chat bubble on the site. If the order has been processed already, the order will be subject to the Returns & Exchanges policy process.
How do Pre-Orders work?
If an item is marked Pre-Order, it means that we’re still awaiting its arrival to our warehouse. To show our appreciation, often we will offer a discount on Pre-Order products and provide you with forecasted arrival dates for these items. As part of the variables associated with supply chain issues, forecasted dates may be subject to change due to unforeseen external circumstances.

What products are considered to be Final Sale?
Final Sale products are:
(1) Products that are purchased at greater than forty percent (40%) from originally marked price.
(2) Products that are received through our Exchange process.
Payment
What methods of payment are accepted
We accept most major credit cards as well as PayPal, and Shop Pay for purchases. An up-to-date list of credit cards that are accepted is located on each Product page and the Checkout page.
Will my payment method be charged at the time of placing my order?
Yes. Upon the completion of your order, your method of payment will be accepted and charged.
Why was my payment method declined?
Payment may be declined if fraud is detected or if there is missing or incorrect payment information that has been provided.
Discount Codes
Can I use more than one discount code on a single purchase
Our promotional discount codes only work one at a time. We do not allow discount codes to be combined in one order. If you have multiple codes, please choose the code you want to use that provides you with the best discount.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

How long does shipping take?
Our warehouse is located in Dallas Texas to ensure that we provide quick delivery to our customers. We estimate that most orders shipped Standard Shipping are delivered within 3-5 business days. If you urgently need your product, we do offer Express Shipping which takes 2 business days for delivery.
Due to unforeseen external logistical factors outside of our control, this may vary.
How do I track my shipment?
Status of your shipment can be tracked using the Tracking Number provided in the tracking email that we send to you.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns & Exchange Policy
We gladly accept returns or exchanges as long as they are in original condition (unworn, unwashed and with tags).
If your purchase fails to meet your expectations for any reason, you may initiate a return for the unused item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. We regrettably cannot accept returns or exchanges more than 30 days after original delivery. Return shipping costs are deducted from the refund total at the time of return.
All products must be returned in perfect, unworn condition, complete with accessories, label, a copy of the packing slip and in its original shipping container (or one of equivalent durability), tags and seals, where present, still attached to the products. For any returned merchandise that does not meet these qualities, Snaps Clothing Inc. cannot issue a refund for the returned Products.
Snaps Clothing Inc. will not accept returns for products considered “Final Sale” by Snaps Clothing Inc., nor will Snaps Clothing Co. issue any credit towards the return of products marked considered Final Sale. Please note that any products discounted by more than Forty Percent (40%) or more are considered Final Sale at the time of order and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Please ensure only Snaps Clothing Inc. merchandise is returned in your package. Snaps Clothing Inc. is not responsible for any non-branded merchandise.
How do I complete a return or exchange?
Snaps provides a convenient and simple return and exchange process through our partner, Happy Returns.
Through the Returns & Exchanges portal on our website, customers may complete a one-time exchange for a different size, color or type of product, receive a store credit or a refund to the original payment method.
Please select to the Returns & Exchanges tab located at the bottom of the webpage and follow the prompts to complete the process.
General return policy information
Important: We do not accept liability for goods returned using any method other than our collection service. *Prepaid returns are only available in the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. Territories.
Goods should only be returned as per the Happy Returns return protocol and at locations indicated by their return process. This information is provided to customers through the Returns & Exchange portal on our website. Return shipping charges are your sole responsibility if you choose to use any other carrier. Snaps Clothing Co. will not assume any liability for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled by the carrier.
On receipt of a return and upon verifying its integrity, we will process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate refunds will be made by your payment method provider within 10-14 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday excluding U.S. public holidays.
Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser's method of payment. If the item which you are returning was purchased in another currency other than your local currency, any refund will be paid in the same currency as purchase. Due to fluctuations in currency, exchange rates the amount refunded may be higher or lower than the original price paid.
We do not accept exchanges for previously exchanged items. Any items received as gifts may be exchanged or returned for a store credit through the online Returns & Exchange portal.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery for a refund using the return service, ensuring that the return conditions are met. A restocking fee of $6.00 will be deducted from the balance on all returns.
