Refund policy

Snaps Clothing accepts returns within 30 days of your purchase. All return items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with original tags still intact. 

• All returns are accepted by mail.  Snaps Clothing partners with Happy Returns to ensure quick and easy returns to our warehouse locations. Please use the link Snaps Clothing Co. Returns (happyreturns.com) to start a return or exchange.  
• For any return, a $6 flat-rate handling fee per return package will be deducted from your refund total. 
• If you would like to exchange your item, no return fee will be charged. Just fill out the exchange information in the Happy Returns link. Snaps Clothing Co. Returns (happyreturns.com)
• If items arrived damaged or the incorrect item was sent, please email support@snapsclothing.com and we will rectify the situation free of charge.
